Foxpro Sounds - Program from Mac

I am struggling to upload sounds to my Foxpro Fusion using a Mac. I can download the sounds from Foxpro's site, get the sounds into the programming utility and into categories and into the caller, but when I download the new sounds to the TX1000 remote, every category gets messed up and both the new and default sounds don't work. I called Foxpro about it, and they said that there are sometimes "ghost files" that Macs put on the caller with new sounds and it won't work to program from a Mac. Foxpro told me that I need to use a Windows machine. Anyone know how to make this work with a Mac computer? Ticks me off that they'd offer a Mac installer when it clearly doesn't work.

Following as I have the same issue. Most companies have gotten with the times and made their software compatible.
Some hunters I know switched to other callers just because of this issue.
