This was found in Tooele county on 9/20.
please let me know where and it's yours

It's been posted on local classifieds with no success. May as well try here.

Not a WTS but I had to select something.
I only want to reunite it with its owner.

You can probably contact Apple and they can pass your contact info to the owner.

Some notes on a “Lost Apple Watch” chat

If you find a lost Apple Watch

• Check for a Medical ID:
  Press and hold the power button, then tap the power icon and check the "Medical ID" option. The owner may have entered emergency contact information there, notes Reddit users.
  
  
• Turn it in:
  If you can't find the owner through the Medical ID, you can turn it in to local law enforcement or a trusted authority, says Apple Support.
  
  
• Do not use it:
  If the owner has marked it as lost, it will be locked by Activation Lock, and you will not be able to use it. Apple will not help you find the owner because it requires their Apple ID and password to remove the lock.
