I am interested to hear if anyone has had a similar experience with FORLOH recently.

First, the fit of their woman's AllClima 3L rain jacket and pants AND their men's AirLite rain pant and jacket. I ordered sets of these for my wife and I for Christmas, and we are completely confused by the size of what arrived. I (6' - 170lbs) ordered size large based on the provided size chart, as well as a previous AllClima set I ordered several years ago. When I tried the jacket on it was immediately obvious the the sleeves are ridiculously short, and the dims across the back of the shoulders make any sort of movement impossible. My wife's jack and pants were equally tight, short, and unusable. When we compared the dimensions of what we received to the size chart, some dims were up to 4" off of what was listed.

I have attempted several times to contact FORLOH customer service and have received zero response. I will admit that these items were purchased during their "final sale", but selling an item that does not match the description or provided size charts, then not responding to customer service inquiries, seems like fraud to me.

I truly love my AllClima 3L rain set from several years ago, and that's why I was excited to get my wife a set and try a different set for myself. And I do want to support "American Made", but this experience has soured me on FORLOH.

I am interested if anyone else has had a similar experience, or if this is a one off. Also, if you do decide to go with some FORLOH gear, I suggest purchasing the tops anywhere from one to three sizes larger than you think you need.

The customer service I’ve received from Forloh has been outstanding.
Thanks for your response. Until this recent experience I would agree with you completely. Totally ignored in every attempt to contact them. I have never posted a disparaging rant about a company before, but this experience has got under my skin. And the fact that they moderate or hide their negative reviews has me feeling compelled to share my experience.

My hope / guess is that between the increase in orders and time off due to the holidays that you’ll at least get a response early this week.
As far as the fit, I’ve had success ordering the correct size and if I’m in doubt I order one size larger, as you suggest. Being able to return/exchange is the trade off with the final clearance pricing.

I do understand the final sale / clearance pricing. It is a risk. And I know this is a personal choice, but with the premium price they charge for their products, final/clearance sales is the only way I can buy their stuff without laughing at myself. That's why we took the time to break out the tape and measure all dimensions provided. The fact that the product provided does not match the size chart provided, then hiding behind a "final sale", seems like fraud. There are multiple reviews on the FORLOH site, and at least one on this forum, that highlight the fact that their product sizing doesn't match their size charts.

And I do thank you for your response. I'm hoping that this is an isolated negative experience, and nobody else is similarly disappointed.
