Anyone have the Solair shirts? Do they actually do what they claim and give a cooling effect through the fabric or is it just another standard lightweight poly shirt with a new gimmick?

I have the pants and absolutely love them. Very comfortable, light weight, breathable, the insect repellent works and while it sounds crazy, so does the cooling.

I can spend an hour outside shooting my bow in 95+ temperatures and direct sunlight, my torso is drenched with sweat while my legs hardly perspire.

I bought them for the insect repellent as I normally get eaten up by anything with more than four legs, ticks in particular but was very skeptical of a “cooling technology”. While it could be simply that they are the lightest pant material I have ever worn, or the UPF factor, regardless of cause I was pleasantly surprised.

My only regret is that the shirts were out of stock. If they are back in stock I will be ordering one.
