Football fans???

RE Burrow/Herbert.. I imagine it's tough for lots of teams with upper tier QB and QB salaries to buy a good O line?

Would love to see either in purple though. The JJ experiment did not go well and I'd be happy to move on. Vikes would have been a solid team if they had a decent QB this year. Wasted a year of prime Jefferson/Addison and a very strong D.

Well, if Rodgers comes back, it won't be Pittsburgh. He will play for cheap and put up mvp numbers in mn if the line stays healthy.

That was a significant problem this past year. I'd take Flacco or Rodgers over JJ..

Careful what you guys ask for. Rodgers has a history of putting his coach in the hotseat, GMs too.

What you saw this year is what you get with Rogers. He's so flipping smart on the field! Perfect example last night was calling a quick play to catch the other side with too many men on the field. Probably one of, if not the smartest QB out there today. Though with that experience also comes age. He's not nearly as accurate, slower, brittle, and sometimes cantankerous. If he doesn't have a top level O-line and experienced receiving group, he will struggle as he did in Pgh.

I’m not a Bengals fan, but I don’t think Cincinnati is a loser organization. I think it’s a matter of bad luck at the worst time. And misplaced priorities.

I do think that any team with a decent QB that doesn’t use its highest picks on OL then DL needs to have its method examined. A good offensive scheme can do well with less talent at the skill positions, but a team that can’t block or stop the run is going to lose.

I like what someone like TJ Watt, Micah Parsons, or Will Anderson brings to the table, but I’d rather have an elite DT than an elite end.
I'm on the "trenches win championships" bandwagon

Ah, a Bill Polian disciple…. But he went OL and then DE’s with Freeney and Mathis. Those two were a wrecking crew….
