Defending SB QB throws 4 INTs. Pure sadness. Fair amount of talent on that team, but what a hawt mess they are these days. One and done in the playoffs unless they right the ship, which is entirely possible.

Shoot, the next thing you'll tell me is the great Patrick Mahomes and Any Reid (and let's not forget Mr. Taylor Swift) are going to miss the playoffs. Oh wait.....

Oh what a year 2025 has been in the NFL.

I might be alone here but I gotta say, I’m really looking forward to seeing 44 year-old Philip Rivers come back into the NFL, after being retired for the last five years, and playing against the Seattle Seahawks defense.

It’s funny I caught myself being happy about it, then forgot how much I used to hate him for always crying like a baby on the Chargers. Haha, still happy an old man is coming back and hope he crushes the Seahawks.

Well we know it’s over the mid 40’s; at least for elite quarterbacks.

If anyone happened to watch the Steelers/Bills game; Rodger’s took an incredibly hard sack (Joey Bosa). Left the field and I thought no way he’s coming back —wrong, I think he only missed one series. To be in your 40’s and play at the highest level AND not got injured is really amazing.

All the hits add up. Ask most older retired players how they feel, about 100% will say, I hurt all the time.

Saw a semi-documentary on Jim Otto, the Raiders long time center. He had claws for hands from being stepped on. His legs had wasted away, he had I can’t recall how many back and leg surgeries. Getting out of bed was a project that took a while it hurt so bad and in so many places.
The game of football is not compatible with the human body.
