Football fans???

98% of the Niner fans expected to lose. Just like Cowboy fans thought they’d lose to GB.

I have to mention Michael Wortham, a transfer from Eastern Washington. He returns punts and kickoffs, but they also use him on offense as a receiver and sometimes running back. Last night he had 247 all purpose yards.

He caught six passes for 124 yards, rushed for 51 yards and two touchdowns. He also happened to be a standout quarterback in high school and had two completions for 49 yards, one a touchdown, the other nearly a touchdown.

You don’t see that every day :D

If anyone would have told me the Ravens would be 1-4; I’d forked over a lot of money taking that bet—and would have lost a lot of money!

The Rams shit the bed, plain and simple. I don't think anyone but the SF faithful expected the 49ers to put up that kind of fight, but the Rams had plenty of opportunities. Yet another blocked kick, a missed kick, a goal line fumble, a muffed kickoff to start OT, and a 4th and 1 call with the game on the line that a six year old would have been prepared for.

I really thought McVay would have at least drawn up a QB option or outside zone and was honestly half expecting another one of the one-step-drop quick screens to Nacua where Adams takes both defenders with him for a couple steps to let Nacua cut underneath...it seemed to be working well earlier in the game.

When you can look at both of their losses and say they very well could have been wins if the field goal team had been perfect I think you need to change something there for sure. The big guys up front aren't giving Karty enough time, or Karty needs to get the ball up faster, or both. I don't remember if it was an earlier field goal or one of the extra point attempts, but there was another kick that ended up being good that looked like Karty kicked it directly over or under a diving 49er...he was there, he just didn't get a hand on the ball.
Like you said, their kick unit keeps allowing defenders to basically run right thru the middle of the O line and block or nearly block kicks. Never seen anything like it. If it happens once, you can call it a fluke. When it happens repeatedly, the special teams coach needs to go.

The Cardinals are as pathetic as a team can be, especially considering they are paying their QB $45M a year. The GM, DC, OC and QB should all be fired.

And how desperate is the owner (common among NFL owners, I know) to pay a little person that much a year, plus lock yourself into a LT contract like they did.

I’d like to hop on a plane and punch a ref in the face—how about letting a game play out. More penalties called then plays :(

But I'd bet anyone a solid 3 dollars that the Bills win tonight.
If the Bills can’t figure out how to hold on to the ball, you could lose that solid 3 dollars.

Edit to add. They are also going to have to figure out how to keep the flags off the field.
