The first half was clearly a supreme ass whipping. The second half was more of the same. Even though KC scored a couple of TD's, they more of less were given to them by a team that wanted to eat up the clock.
It was clearly a slaughter and the Eagles out coached and out played the Chiefs.

The classic example of "garbage points".

I recorded the game and then watched it until it was 40-6 late in the game. It was over at that point and ended on a great note with that score. If the Chiefs had won I would have just deleted the recording without watching it.

Enough people still like the game to keep it around for a while, football that is. Viewers peaked at 137.6 million. Avg. viewers was 127 million. Does this mean big brother is watching everything we do? Asking for a friend.

I'm not a rap fan, but Kendrick is undoubtedly one of the most talented lyricists and impactful musicians of our generation. And I enjoyed looking at the shell of a GNX.

Dude I have enjoyed and agree with a lot of your musical perspectives on this here blog. But I can’t see what you see in Lamar. Would you mind referencing something specific?

Philly provided plenty of mayhem. Half way through the game I was more focused on the food. 7 layer taco dip, cream cheese-cocktail sauce-Dungeness crab dip and prosciutto wrapped, cream cheese filled, grilled jalapenos. Great SB food.

So first off, thanks. I'm definitely a music nerd of sorts.

Second, I'm not a fan of Kendrick. I just can't get into rap as a musical style. Only time I really listen to it is when I'm tuning a new stereo system in a truck. (To me a stereo system is speakers for all 4 corners and a sub, all ran off amps. Rap is useful!)

He appeared on my radar when he became the first person outside jazz or classical to win a Pulitzer Prize.

I've got a friend who's also a music nerd that is into him, so I used him as my gateway. He's done several concept albums, talks about a lot of history, and tells stories. And does it with a beat AND complicated rhymes.

He's a rapper. But he's also a 21st century urban folk singer.

It's an "I don't care for the art, but I respect the artist" situation. I don't like Picasso, but he sure changed the art world.
