I see two objectives , work and play. Just my opinion so take it for what you paid for it OMMV. For work a tractor can do many things with the right implements and make a job very easy. If the ground is swampy you may have some challenges growing stuff. Some plants don't like to have wet feet. SxS are nice if you have a lot of room or big trails, but lack mobility if you want to be nimble in the woods and get into the way back of things.
For just the 34 acres and only 2 1/4 acres open ground I'd be looking to keep things simple. A low hour Kubota 2601 with a finish mower, 4' rotary cutter, QD loader and a blower if you want one, and pick the 4 wheeler that suits you best. You can get a sprayer for the 4 wheeler and a drag harrow to use on either machine. This should take care of everything from the lawn to your plots and snow removal and be somewhat reasonably priced. It should get it all done and you only have to maintain one machine for all the heavy lifting . Heated cabs are sweet but you are talking a whole nuther level of tractor class and you have not mentioned a budget yet. A Yanmar YM or YT 347 or 359 series are pretty hard to beat right now. With a heated cab and new that will run you around 50K+ just for the tractor. I'd bet money that you could get into a used 2601 with attachments (maybe not the blower) for half that number or less if you shop it pretty hard. Big enough to get those jobs done, nimble, and doesn't take up much room in the barn. The work you have outlined above is pretty light.
You really don't need to do major cultivation for food plot seed to get a foot hold and have success. Others mileage may vary.
