Just met a great bunch a guys- Wishes for Warriors.

These guys help those who took a bullet for us. That's Wally on the right, missing his lower right arm and leg and lost while fighting for us to be free.

Keep these guys in mind if you have any hunt opportunities for them. They are not looking for trophy hunts, but anything where they can get these warriors in the field.

Lots of of the hunters they've helped come back and give their time to helping the organization, just like big Wally there.

Hey Roksliders

Ryan, Tanya, my wife Jodi, and me will be at the Expo Friday and Saturday. We don't have a booth but will be visiting a few Rokslide sponsors and enjoying the horn porn (I'll need to explain that one to Jodi) and the gear, the gear!!!.

If you're down there, watch for us and say hi. We'd love to meet you in person.

Tanya will be "Periscoping" live. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this concept but when she did it from the SHOT show, it was really cool and a great way to follow the show if you can't be there.

MTN OPS will have a wild booth (including a bucking bull named "OPS"- no kidding) and a bunch of hunters we'll all recognize including Aron Snyder and The Gritty Bowmen, Cam Haynes and more...

There will be tons of samples to try. If it's anything like Bozeman TAC, I'll be amped on YETI. Come by and see why so many hunters like MTN OPS.

I'll also be doing a book signing for "Hunting Big Mule Deer" at the MTN OPS booth Thursday 5-7 PM, Friday 3-5 PM, and Saturday 3-5 PM. Signed copies $30, or for those who've already purchased my book, just bring it, I'll sign it.

Also, there is a ton of giant, truly giant mule deer and bulls at this event, so we'll be posting those up. There's always some cool new gear too, so we'll indulge you.

Watch for updates to this page as we get closer and for sure, once at the show.

We're buying the first three entry tickets for Friday or Saturday show for the first three to subscribe to this thread (click go advanced, type "subscribed", and click your notify choice under "subscription"). Please don't enter if you can't be there. I'll PM you for your info and leave your tickets at the door.

Kryptek is offering a fleece constructed waterproof/windproof system this year. Pants, Jacket, Coat, Vest. I love all the new gear but I think we've forgot about the need for close-in, quiet gear. This is the Vellus Jacket
