Hey all. I’m o a diet called the FODMAP diet. I have allergies to many different sugars and stuff which makes it very hard to find freeze dried foods that are safe for me. I’m extremely limited to things. Here’s is a link with a lot of the bad foods.

https://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food-list/

Simple list:
Garlic
Onion
Fructose
Gluten
Lactose (I can handle about 3oz per serving, so that’s not bad for me)
Sorbitol
And more.

I tried a mountain house Chili Mac today, but it has some onion and other stuff in it that could mess with me. Anyone have any experience with this?

Finding entrees without garlic and onion are going to be tough. Wild Zora makes some breakfasts that might interest you.

You might consider getting the different ingredients in bulk and make your own.

Following as I am in the same boat. In the past I have had to cobble together my own meals but wondering if others have found premade meals.

That’s what I thought about doing, but I’m just so at a loss on how to do any of that.

There are a few companies that do this

We've also been making our own instant oatmeal packs which you can add whatever you want.
