FNG sleep question

Hi. New guy here. I keep reading about different sleep systems and bags and pads and quilts and and and... something that keeps coming up is "good for a cold sleeper" or "someone that sleeps cold" What does this mean? Someone that gets really cold while sleeping or someone that sleeps well in the cold?
