Been read only since I started hunting back in 2020. Yeah I know another "COVID Hunter" BUT in my defense I decided to give hunting a shot in the summer of 2019 when I was between jobs with a lot of daytime hours of watching Netflix and show curiously titled "Meateater" was recommended to me by the algorithm... Created an account last year sometime but never got around to posting. Anyways thought Id fix that.
Started off Hunting Ducks here in the refuge system, and was lucky enough to have my best buds father in law show me a couple of things about deer hunting out in Wisconsin. Its been a roller coaster of ups and downs over the past 6 years but you can safely say I drank the coolaid and secure about 50% of the protein my family eats from wild game... Ducks, Turkey, Deer and Elk... haven't had any luck with Bear, Hogs or Pronghorn yet. Always willing to learn, lend a hand when i can.
