I'm actually on Orlando / Kissimmee border and for the last few years, the building boom has been HORRENDOUS !! >>> As far as hunting and shooting? ---- I go anywhere I can.. mostly with friends that have property (St. Cloud, Orlando and Wildwood areas) Those areas are disappearing and ** EVERY YEAR IS MISERABLE ! I shot a doe last year when it was 92 degrees one afternoon (in the September archery season) added bonuses with mosquitoes, snakes and SWAMP MONSTERS . I try to go Upstate NY every year - Enjoy the COLD weather, HUNT and visit family.
How are all of you managing your opportunities ?

Welcome from PA. I’m currently sitting in Kissimmee FL on vacation. 92 degree archery season sounds miserable.

There are no words that can describe the mosquitoes
on the Green Swamp West (Pasco Co.)
I have a 165lb 9pt. on the wall from there. There will not be another.
Lake Panasofkee was a close 2nd in terms of mosquito density.
