FNG in Alabama (But looking to escape)

FNG in Alabama, hunting is what I love, but it kind of sucks here. I used to live in Wyoming and Hunt Elk, Muleys and Antelope. Moved for a job, and that was a mistake, so now I'm planning my escape back to the land of milk and honey (and Tornados and fist sized hail).

welcome. made a trip to alabama in january for one of the school hunts it was a lot of fun. wondered about the public land there but it sounds like it's pretty rough unless you have access to a large parcel of private

I'm currently in AL temporarily. There is virtually no hunting here other than private. Fishing is really about all you've got, OP. Shoot me a PM if you're anywhere down by Rucker

Welcome ! I moved to Florida from Michigan , the hunting sucks here also . I hope you can escape ! I think I'm here for a while yet .
