Been lurking in the weeds for awhile, learning along the way. Like the name says, farmer from Western WI.
When we're not farming, we're out hunting and fishing. After 4 consecutive years hunting out West, shot my first elk in 25. (insert chubby farmer happy dance)

As far as curds, the boss lady has a direct to consumer beef/dairy business. DM if you want and she can send some your way on the house.
