FNG from VT

I haven't hunted for 20+ years, but a nice buck hanging around in my back field here in Vermont this fall has gotten me interested again. After a long time away, and having hunted mostly with slugs, I have a lot to learn. I'm looking to get a new rifle and scope, and to work my way into feeling confident to hunt with them. This site has already been a great resource as I try to get up to speed - thanks to everyone who shares on here, its appreciated by this FNG.
