FNG from Texas

Hey Roksliders!

Most of my hunting experience comes from chasing white tails in Texas, but I've recently gotten hooked on mule deer. I've been blessed to take a couple Texas Muley's as well as one in old Mexico. I just finished reading Robby's mule deer books and highly recommend them.

This will be my first year doing a Colorado DIY mule deer hunt. Rokslide has been a great resource for determining what gear is needed heading into the mountains.
