FNG from SW Colorado

Howdy, I’m a lurker who has decided to properly introduce myself. I’m living in the Durango area of Colorado and have hunted a decent bit, mostly birds, white tail, and small game but I’ve got a bear and elk tag for this fall and have found this forum extremely beneficial for scouting and prep work. Glad I found Rokslide!

Hey! Thats an awesome area along the 160 corridor. I’ve got a 4th season bull tag for 74 and an OTC bear tag for 74 and 75. I believe it’s valid for all rifle seasons if I’m not mistaken. Still trying to learn the in’s and out’s of the hunting season/tag structure.
