Been lurking for a few years now, from NW Montana by way of southern Missouri.

Grew up chasing whitetails with the old man, getting back into hunting after finishing with the college bullshittery and moving to MT.

Retired the 30-06 last year and started killing everything with a 6arc Howa mini. I've enjoyed learning what I don't know and the process of getting up to speed on western hunting from a pretty blank slate.

Thanks for all the wisdom and for the darkmode that lets me scroll while the wife tries to sleep.

Its shaking up to be a busy spring but I'll be getting out there as much as I can. Got a guy near by that I suspect feeds them, if I can't get one in the mountains I'm going to shoot one of the fat cinnamon bears that rolls between public and his land.
