FNG from Central Michigan

I joined to get better with my woodsman ship. I have been hunting farm fields for most of my life. Last season a very good friend of mine took me on a hunt in the northern part of the state. Canvas tent, wood stove, you know the real deer camp. Well needless to say I'm hooked and want to be able to help more when we go again. Just from the little I have searched here, I'm in the right place. Thank you for a great place to learn.

I'm just north of Lansing in a small town where we have more cows than people. Same type of hunting for me as well. I tell you what hunting the "Big" woods of Northern Lower was amazing and now I'm hooked.

Got that in the northern lower. It took some time to figure out what and where to find them but finally got it done.

Nice. I was deer hunting a buddy’s property several years ago a little west of Ludington and saw one. Wanted to hunt em ever since.
We r both from small towns not far from Lansing I see
