Flush Cup swivels

On the search for flush cup swivels for my Rokstok. I’ve gone to using the brute standard swivels that are very lightweight and never squeak.
Ordered some Grovtec 1” twist lock and while they are nice one single swivel is 0.9 oz. My entire sling and two brute swivels weighs 1.2 oz.
There has to be a better, quieter, and lighter option out there.

Currently I screwed in a standard swivel eye on the forend rail. Two threaded holes for them and put one flush cup swivel on the back.

I may have misunderstood the post but if you have Flush cups on the stock that you need to use but want to use a light sling with standard sling swivels these inserts from Grovtec are decent

I've not found them for sale without the flush cups in the pack but great to convert flushcup fittings to take a standard stock and remove in seconds and weigh virtually nothing

Thanks. Those were next on my list. It will just stick out the left side of the stock in the back. Do they still swivel or would tightening the Allen lock them in.

There is no way to lock rotation of those studs, they are actually just a spring-loaded button through that little hole, not an allen-head set-screw like you would think.

You would need limited rotation flush cups too.
I replaced the factory Mcmillan cups with limited-rotation cups and installed the studs that were linked above.

This is 100% what I was after. Less noise (and weight I suppose) than a standard QD stud and no more spun slings
