Fleece Layer

I am in need of a new fleece mid layer...

The 3 i narrowed it down to are the-
First Lite Halstead Fleece
OR Radiant Hybrid Hoody
Patagonia R1 Hoody

I wish the first lite had a hood on it and i'd probably just buy it, but thats whats holding me up on it over the others.

Does anyone have any experience with these that could sway me one way or the other?

My kid has an R1 and loves it. I have friends that mountaineer and they swear by the R1.
