Love the chunky blue cheese. Nothing like a fatty piece of actual blue cheese with the dressing dripping off a well sauced hot wing (flat or drum)!
I only appreciate ranch or blue cheese when the wings are VERY hot/spicy. It helps cool your mouth down. Rarely an issue because I much prefer BBQ, Mild Buffalo and some of the more exotic flavors, like Tai Curry at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I heard Iran has a giant stash of drums hidden in the bunker and that’s why we’ve been dropping munitions

Not only this but some other well known facts:
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift both prefer drums, well known fact that's whats keeping them together (that and he's more of a female than she is)
John Stamos is a drum guy.... nuff said
Nicholas Maduro was captured eating drums
Canada only sells drums
Connor Hellebuyck ate nothing but flats the night before the championship game
Rip Wheeler (although fictional) was a flats guy
BHA has banned their members from eating any flats, especially at pint nights
muley freak & ron spomer like drums

do i need to say more?

I add blue cheese crumbles to my blue cheese dressing.

I like flats better. I can stick the entire flat in my mouth and pull it out clean.

No need for that when you keep this in your fridge:

Lighthouse has been around for decades. My mom always kept a jar of the blue cheese in the fridge when we were kids.

I’ll add it’s not found on the shelf with other room temp dressings. It’s almost always tucked away somewhere in a refrigerated section at the grocery.

Don't care as long as they are extea crispy with extra buffalo sauce! But to get technical, you can't really call drums "wings". They're legs!

BWW's wings are (ironically) terrible. Sauces are good, but the wings themselves are trash. They have to be cooking batches, throwing under a heat lamp, then just dropping your order for a couple minutes before saucing (poorly) and serving. Half of them are cold and if you order extra crispy they're shriveled jerky. Can you ask for freshly fried or something?? Or does my local one just suck?

The burgers though are surprisingly good though. Particularly the hatch chile. And the $4 tall boy kolsch...

Here's a curveball......
Wife puts this Blue Cheese dressing on her steak!!!! I've tried it and it goes well with steak, but I'd rather my steak plain. Works with most meats that have been slightly overcooked or drier.

I've done the same. I think this first came about for me after some spillover leftover from a salad on the same plate as the steak. Extra blue cheese dressing? Heap it on the bite o steak? Hmm... yes yummy :)

Same goes for salsa on a steak, hell yes!!! If it's good on the carne asada it's good for a slab o steak too :)

10 cent wing night back in the day at bw we got really good at eating wings and drinking beer and flats are the only way. Twist pull one bone out put the whole thing in your mouth slide the meat off on to the next one.

Ive never experienced that at BWW. The only one ive ever eaten at is the one in Billings, maybe they are high enough volume that the wings are always fresh?

I wouldn't say they are great, but ive never had a bad order.
