Flat Brimmer's

It's normal for younger generations to wear their baseball hats the same way current baseball players do.
First, a hat has a brim all the way around. A cap has a bill in front. There are no baseball “hats.” There are no baseball hats even if professional baseball players say there are baseball hats.

Second, there are two sports: pugilism and horse racing. Everything else is a f***ing game.

I ain’t got time for games. Or the people who copy the people who “play” games.

I lived the first 34 years of my life on the east coast and never once heard someone refer to it as a "cap". In Wyoming people use cap, ball cap, or hat. I'd say 50/50 cap to hat.

But a beanie is a hat, a ball cap is a hat, a hat is a hat, even that one with the propeller on top, it's a hat.

In fact the hat you are refering to, on the east coast is only referred to as a "cowboy hat"
