How is the Fjallraven fit for thick thighs? Would like to try some of these, but as someone that regularly tears the crotch in my pants I’m a bit worried without trying them on. I’m a 32 waist but often find myself sizing up to a 33-34 to get a little more room (on something like the Kutana pant for example). Anyone in the same situation have any input?

They changed the fit on most their pants in the last couple years to the trendy “slim” fit.

It mainly comes from the mountaneering realm generally wanted slimmer fitting pants for bouldering/climbing etc. Loose clothing in that realm can be catastrophic.

I wish they were a bit baggier, looser in the thighs, and much looser in the crotch.

I also size up and then have my wife take them in as needed.

I just picked up a pair of Vidda Pro ventilated at REI earlier today. I’m a 34” waist and had to go up to a 38” waist so the legs didn’t bind on me. I’ll have my wife take the in and wear a belt.

@mxgsfmdpx are the Vidda Pro the same fit/cut as the Keb?
They changed the fit on all of them I’m pretty sure. At different times as well.

My Kebs are older fit. My newer Keb Agiles fit like the Vidda Pros.

If you like how kutanas fit then I’d say the Fjallravens are going to be fine. My kutanas are 34T and they fit like yoga pants, so tight it’s a joke.

My 50 Long Kebs are a little tight in the legs but I don’t find them nearly as tight as the Kuius

I would size up I’m in the same boat as you 32 waist and have a pair of the Vidda Pro they are tight around the thighs.

But really great pants I like them a lot, tough material but not uncomfortable
