And when you send them in for the lifetime warranty the owner will call you and be a total dick and claim it will be okay.
So I asked when does the warranty apply, if I open the package and it falls apart.
I had the same experience, minus I never bothered with the warranty. They also are a pain to sharpen and don't come out of the box sharp enough for me. Whatever metal the bleeders are made of is super soft as well.Yes
They are soft, bend and chip easily.

Cause if you shoot it he claims abuse.
Kudu and kiss off imo.

I've shot deer, bear, elk and turkeys web them. I think they are very underrated. They are super tough, easy to sharpen and not too expensive.Anyone shot kudus?
Man that sucks! I've killed a few animals with mine and haven't had any issues. I also haven't called them for anything either. If I got some grief from them I would probably drop them too.Yes

That owner is a D bag for doing that. That's just dumb business.I understand everything has a trade off, and I don’t expect it to last forever. I just don’t understand advertising a lifetime warranty then having an attitude.
If he had been cordial I’d understand.
But he even sent the head back to the owner of the pro shop I got them at and said don’t sell this customer my product anymore.
I think they are soft enough they can bend the tip on entry if knicking a bone then the arrow will deflect and turn a corner inside the animal, instead of a pass through.
Just to un predictable of a head for me.

One bear I shot, the arrow went through both shoulder blades and the neck (spine). Head was still good after with the exception of needing to be sharpened.
