Hey Everyone,

Joe from our Outdoorsmans Marketing team goes over fitting your Atlas Trainer properly and some things about the Atlas Trainer itself as a rucking tool.

I have had the chance to use this and like probably everyone else have used sand bags water jugs or anything else I could use to get weight into my bag for training.

I have to say this thing is awesome and having the weight stable provides such a more enjoyable ride and training session.

Let me know if you have any questions on this or you can always reach out to us at the shop via phone or email!

Cheers,

I'll check the video but I can attest that as a flatlander, this was critical to my training for my 2023 solo elk hunt. I was able to go from ~ 300 ft above sea level to hiking between 6500 and 9000 ft with moderate effort. Nothing fancy in training, just a summer of 2-4 mile rucks with the dogs.

Now, what would be REALLY awesome is a series of videos on how to run different bags from different manufacturers on the Outdoorsman's frame system. I know it might seem like cannibalizing bag sales, but acknowledging that most peeps have multiple bags from various manufacturers, and aiming to be the universal frame system you can train with, then adapt to different hunts, would be a plus. Just my $.02.

Thats awesome! Glad it was able to help you with that hunt and solo elk is a tough hunt to attack.

As far as attaching other packs to our frame its really tough with the mounting straps they have.

We have gotten this question a few times and haven't found a good answer truthfully. I wish it would be easier cause that would be awesome and better for the customer!

Unfortunately there just isn't a good secure way to come up with something like that, that we have found.

Thanks again for your feedback and we appreciate ya.

Cheers,
