Wow, I just found this thread on fishnets, and I am happy to see that I am not the only one still wearing them. In case you don’t feel like going back over the old posts,
Yes, they work
Wear them next to your skin, under another thin layer.
They dry really fast (duh, they are mostly air!)
They can also be worn alone under rain gear in damp soggy weather. Best system ever for 40F rainy days.
You can wash them, put them back on damp, and they will dry while you are hiking. Get some!

Do they work good for still hunting? Usually don’t have but maybe a 2-3 hundred yard walk at the most with a 500 yard walk every now and then
