All out of state elk tag licenses come with a year fishing license. Also Wyoming just changed the regs to year to date from calendar year. Also there’s no fish in Wyoming so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

For those affected: the fishing license for non residents is for Full Price Elk Tags, not reduced price cow/calf.
