My buddy was telling me a story of him catching a big fish when he was younger on a jetty on the Oregon coast. He asked if I knew what it was but I don’t know much about sea critters. I figured someone like @roosiebull or @Pharmseller might know. This is the only picture he has of the fish before letting it go.
