First Spear version Wind Cheater for sale. Size large, Manatee Grey color. Excellent condition from a smoke-free home.
The hook/loop patch placement areas on the sleeves and hood were carefully removed. You can hardly tell they were ever there on the sleeves. On the hood you can see four holes where it was stitched through.
Included is a size Large Regular US Army issued Peckham Gen III ECWCS Polartec L3 fleece top. This also has the hook/loop areas for rank/name tapes removed. This is a great insulating layer to pair with the WindCheater.
