Looks good bud. Be careful using the black walnut for your wedges I've seen walnut wedges crack down the middle. If your going to use them make sure your using stabilized walnut. Also walnut tends to run a little on the light side for poundage and stack thickness so that would mean it has some flex even if used as a wedge. Best of luck and Bowyerism is an addiction so brace yourself

Thanks for the advise. I actually wanted to make new limbs anyways because I don't like that there isn't any contrast in colors. Should've probably used a maple wedge.

Nah bud roll on with those you got right there if you want new limbs just build a whole new bow. Thats the way to do it as for maple use hard rock maple for the cores and the wedges
