In the tent, it is 1 person. You can put some gear in the vestibule.

This is a good review. Have no idea who gives the review but it helps you see the set up and space.
I’m 6’ and this tent works for me. Boots and pack fit in the vestibule which leaves plenty of room for a wide/long pad inside
