With proper layers, kept me plenty warm in Ukiah in November!
Size chart on website. Athletic fit, but jacket sized to fit over a couple layers. First Lite sizing works by "If you are a large, buy a large in everything and it's all sized to work together. No need to size up for outer layers"

Two very small tears in face fabric that were patched with clear adhesive patch (made for this sort of thing). No durability or performance impact. Besides that, great shape, lots of life left!
