First Lite Sawtooth Hybrid Vest

Anyone have experience with FL's Sawtooth Hybrid Vest sizing. I wear a medium in their merino tops. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Not sure how much help this is but I usually float between a L and XL. My unpronouncable is a L and is perfect. For some reason I ordered a XL in the Sawtooth and its just fine as a second layer. I trust the fit charts on FL so that if it looks like it runs a little big I order a L if a little small, an XL. Good luck, I like the Sawtooth.

I wear a Large in everything First Lite except for the Llano's, which I size up to XL. I don't have a vest but do have the 2nd generation Sawtooth Jacket in Large and it fits perfect as a second layer over my Llano. The guys that say it runs small are probably either referring to the 1st gen Sawtooth (before merino-x), which was a shit-show in the way it fit...or specifically the fit in the upper arms, which is snug but I quickly got used to it. It would be a struggle to put my Sawtooth over more than one layer though due to the tight arms and bunching of the layers under the Sawtooth. The Torso fits perfect so I don't think you will have any issue with a Medium vest.

I have one in size MD. I too wear a MD in all of their tops. What can I answer for you?

In my experience, I have had a tough time getting First Lite to fit the way I want and found their sizing to be a bit all over the board. For me, it runs baggier than the others. That said, I really do like their merino stuff. Just make sure you try it on first!
