How do these run as far as size? Bigger or smaller?

I feel like they’re pretty much spot on, honestly. I lost some weight and they don’t fit anymore is the reason I’m selling. When I was heavier and wore all XXL tops, they fit me like other FL items did. I’m 5’9”, and was 240 lbs at that time, broad through the chest and shoulders. The sleeves were always a little long for me but that’s just the nature of my build.

How did you use them? Mid layer or outer layer on cool days?

Typically as an outer layer on cool days just to take the chill off & cut the wind. I sweat easily so having the ridgeline on even on pretty chilly mornings when I was making a big hike helped a lot when I didn’t want to wear a jacket and get sweaty.
