First Lite Halstead Durability

Anyone have experience with how durable FL fleece is as an outer layer? Will it snag/tear as much as the merino base? Trying to decide how well it will hold up out here in AZ.. I dont entirely plan on busting brush wearing it, but most stuff here in the desert sticks you at one point or another.

Do you guys like having this piece in your layering system or should I spend my money elsewhere? Thanks for any input

I bought one and use it for everything here in Kansas. I think its every bit as durable as any of FL gear.

I find mine has a little more durable finish than a Pata R1 if you're familiar with the R1s.
