First Lite Customer service

I want to give a huuuuge shout out to the customer service at first light. The zipper broke on my older style jacket. The boundary stormtight I bought from a guy on here and let them know that since I bought it used I'd be more than happy to pay for the repair. They said they didn't handle repairs at this time but to go on the website and fill out the warranty paperwork. I did that, paid shipping to send the jacket in, and they sent me a brand new jacket in the newer style. Having that kind of customer service I will have no problem continuing to buy a whole lot of their gear in the future.

I love FirstLite clothing. You can tell it is very high quality and built to last. Therefore, I have never needed to use their Customer Service. Thanks for the post, I will look further at FirstLite for any future needs.

I have had the same thing happen with them with a jacket I had. They are simply awesome to deal with and very helpful.
 
We have been with first lite for many years now and they have always been a stand up company. If you need help with first lite clothing in the future give us shout we do run specials from time to time.
 
They did the same with my pants. Customer Service is top notch, won't leave the brand anytime soon

The cool thing about it is it makes me want to save up and buy my next big item from them. I'm sure that's intentional, but when your spending $300 on a gear item you really want it to last and you want to know they'll stand behind it.
