First Lite Cody Gloves

If anyone has a pair of these, could you tell me what your experience has been with them? I'm contemplating purchasing a pair for cold weather hiking and would appreciate feedback from the trusted members of Rokslide before I spend $70.

Similar to any lightly insulated work glove you can get at hardware store with thinner leather at a higher price.

No experience with the Cody gloves. But I did buy a pair of Give’r gloves last fall, followed their instructions for waterproofing, and wore them during trips through January and February. Through cold, rain, sleet, and snow my hands never got cold or wet. I think I’m a big fan of leather gloves for everything except tasks that require really good dexterity.
