First lite cirrus jacket

Anyone have first lites new cirrus puffy jacket? How do you like it, does it compare with the Kuiu kenai? I love my kenai but it's getting wore out and don't know what to get next.

I have one but haven't hunted in it yet. I also have an insulated Kuiu jacket, but it is the casual wear one.

If the Kenai is anything like the jacket I have, the FL jacket is MUCH more windproof. Although, I really like wearing my Kuiu.

If the Cirrus is anything like the FL Uncompahgre (and I believe it probably is) the Cirrus is going to be really warm for its weight.

Sorry I couldn't help more, but I haven't had time for field testing!

I have a Cirrus and love it. Lighter than the Uncompahgre, it is the ultimate hiking puffy and also layers easily with other jackets. I wear mine all the time.

I used the Cirrus jacket during the fall season both alone and layered under the Uncompahgre. When layered under the Uncompahgre it is a really warm combination. Got caught in a big downpour one day with the Cirrus and it shed the water fairly well for not being a rain jacket too. The material on the outside does seem rather light and not sure it would hold up to busting brush though.

I'm totally sold on my Cirrus. I tend to stay warm easy, and this jacket works perfectly for just taking off the chill in the high country while glassing, or being on the go when temps drop. It also cuts wind super well which is nice.
