5’8” 150lbs. The Chama runs a hair larger than a standard medium but still fits good.

Depending on build, the Chama would probably fit good as a next to skin layer. Would have to have someone else your size chime in tho.

I'm around a 30-31" waist with a 30-31" inseam. These fit perfectly, there is some stretch there too. They're very soft and comfortable.
