First Lite Allegheny Fit

Can anyone tell me if the Allegheny bottoms fit "small". I've been told to order pants one size up. Same hold true for the allegheny?

I have everything but the kanabs pants and what i have fits true to size. I have heard with the kanabs you have to size up but everything else seems true to fit. I have everything in large but the labrador i went with an xl since it goes over everyrhing.
