Just wanted to share a great tale of customer service. Last week I bought a pair of First Lite Kanab's off of Rokslide, from an individual, that were used. They did not come with the suspenders that are included when you buy them, so I sent a short email to First Lite, letting them know that I bought a USED pair of pants off of an individual, second hand, and that I would like to buy a pair of new suspenders. Within 3 hours, Casey from FL had emailed me back, and asked me for my shipping address, and was going to drop a pair in the mail for me, for NO CHARGE!!! That is what makes people come back! Kudos to First Lite, you just got a lifetime customer!

Got the chama hoodie, a beanie and a pair of socks today. Very pleased with them all. Havent had a chance to wear them yet of course but the quality looks top notch. So far I am impressed with first lite.

They are the best in the business. Not only for customer support (Ryan is awesome), but the quality of their gear is great!

I would always recommend first lite. I have a handful of the merino layers and really like them. And the Kanab pants are good, too.

So far I am loving the Kanab's. I wore them all weekend working around the yard, cleaning the garage, even wore them to dinner. I love them. One thing I like is that the crotch doesn't hang low, and allows for plenty of leg movement at the same time. One would think that with wool pants, you'd be uncomfortably hot in the temps that we had, low 90's, 80% humidity, but I was soaked through 2 t-shirts before I noticed that my lower body was even sweating. The hottest part of my legs was at my boot-tops, where the heat was coming out of my boots. They are a great pair of pants so far. I also bought a Chama hoody, and it is probably the most comfortable top I own. I'll be buying more FL stuff in the near future. Probably gonna try and snag a pair of the new Kanab's in the "pine" before season, if the wife doesn't kill me. Between the CS, the comfort, and the quality, I don't think I'll be wasting any more money on other brands from here on out.
