How much are you layering underneath? I just got a large at 5,9 220 and it fits with the kiln hoodie/Merino T-shirt underneath, so I’d guess medium unless you’re wearing a super thick fleece or hoodie underneath

Get a medium. I'm 5'6" 155 lb athletic build. Most mediums are on the tight side through the shoulders. My medium Uncompahgre fits like a large and seriously considered trying a small. FL appears to be all over the place on their sizing.

Don’t forget the 2.0 version runs larger than original....
I am 6’ 180-185 and a medium 1.0 fits perfectly. I like them so well I own 3 just to wear casually....

I’m 5’9” 170 medium is perfect. I’m large in Kuiu and Sitka but FL for this piece it’s a medium all day.

Guessing you’d be the same IMO.

Im 5'10 190, athletic build. I wear a large in almost everything. I just sent my large back for a medium because it was too baggy. Would have worked fine for hunting, but if I pay that much I want a good fit for everyday wear.
