I’ve been hunting the last few years with the Slumberjack bounty 2.0 . I have packed out several turkeys and one whitetail with it along with lugging a tree stand some. It’s worked well for me but it was time to move up. I ordered a mystery ranch metcalf today in coyote with 2 belt pouches. I can’t wait for it to get he so I can start loading it up and getting ready for turkey season!! I went back and forth and then back again on the metcalf and the beartooth. I decided on the metcalf simply because most of my hunts are in the 3 day range so I think the beartooth would be to big. If I need to go bigger down the road it looks like MR offers the beartooth in bag only do that helps. I’m hoping it is worth it money wise.

You could fill your pack up with collapsible decoys and have a whole flock out there!
I usually pack in and camp/hunt for turkeys in the spring. My spots are a bit of a drive and it is way easier to pack in and camp so I don’t have to get up at 2 am to be in my spots on time. I am fundamentally lazy in that way. Lol. I like to sleep as long as I can and spring gobbler is some good woods sleeping. I only have 2 decoys and just spent all my money in a pack. Lol. Soooo no flock for me.

Ive tried all kinds of different decoy set ups I always go back to my funky chicken. Something about how stupid it looks I guess pisses the toms off enough to come in and try to kick his ass lol
