Finally took the FFP plunge, but only half way.

Bought a Steiner h6xi 3-18. I’ve always liked Steiner, but this is my first FFP. I stayed with MOA. Can’t get rid of all the fudd at one time.

had a coworker bring up how FFP sucks because you cant see it at low power, so he prefers SFP scopes.

He went home and looked closer at his scope only to find out it he was using FFP all along

Mid 40’s now and I’ve gotten where I can’t see SFP reticles any of the time. Ha

I started that way too until I really started shooting at longer ranges. A ten scale on the dial is handy enough that I won't switch back to MOA for anything that I plan on dialing. Now calling a hold at distance and measuring that in my head in mils, shit, I'm still working on that. Mils are the way though.
