FINALLY!!! Tikka Left Handed 223's

I bought this gun thinking. Sweet, cheap to shoot, I’ll throw on a 6x SWFA and throw it in the truck and shoot it a lot. After two range trips, good god, I love this gun. Setup with a Harris bipod, 6x Gen 2, UM rings and an Otter creek polonium. The UM group was the last I shot, and the gun was too hot to touch, so I don’t think this gun loves AAC ammo, but it shoots the OTM’s good enough. These are all 20 shot groups shot with about 10 minutes of a break in betweenIMG_7789.jpegIMG_7786.jpeg

Maybe I got lucky.
First: I measured 0.25” back from the magazine stop and used a thin diamond dremel bit to make a cut inside of the feed ramps.
Second: I used a dremel with a thin cutoff wheel to cut at an angle under the feed ramps.
Third: I used a sharp box cutter to score the walls of the “block” so I could fracture it.
Fourth: once I was convinced I had scored it enough, I used needle nose vice grips to fracture the magazine block out.
Fifth: i used a round file to remove any “proud” areas from the feed lips
Sixth: I cut the excess material off the top of the magazine block so it was flat.
Last: I glued it all back together with superglue.

In the future: I may need to reinforce the magazine block with spray foam. I also may need to add 0.25” back to the back of the follower to keep it from moving to the rear when cartridges are loaded.
Can I see a picture?

i looked at that. on sale right now. Is the trigger out of reach like some have mentioned
I'm right handed but funny that you mention that.

The shooter that has that stock specifically mentioned the trigger reach not being satisfactory. He likes the stock except for that issue.

Get a LH Rokstok. Mountain Tracker LR is OK too but has a huge grip.
