Finally - A refreshing customer service experience!

It’s been one of those years where I’ve had a couple issues with gear. I hate having to deal with CS departments, especially this day and age where I’m usually met with an AI “employee”. Normally, I don’t bother as it’s not worth the hassle.

So….I wanted to take a moment to share an incredible experience I recently had with Argali’s customer service.

During a hunt this past week, I ran into an issue with one of my trekking poles that I purchased earlier this year. When I got home, I sent a quick email to their customer service team explaining the situation mainly just hoping to share what had happened, get their thoughts and maybe a little help to resolve the issue. I sent that email late Tuesday night before heading to bed.

By the time I woke up, not only had I received a thoughtful response, but the issue had already been completely resolved and in a way that went above and beyond anything I expected. They didn’t make excuses or drag me through a grueling warranty questioning - They just made it right. Simple as that.

It’s not often these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products and treats its customers like family. Argali did exactly that. They’ve earned a lifetime customer in me for simply doing the right thing and doing it exceptionally well.

If you’re re on the fence about buying from Argali, don’t be. Buy with confidence. They don’t t just sell great gear they back it up with even better service!

I haven't needed Argali CS, but I did have a great time talking to the guys in the booth at Sheep Show. I just packed out a muley with their game bags a few days ago, and I was reminded how great those bags have been over the years.
 
Never needed their customer service. However, they are top notch when you inquire about something they sell. Or, something you buy the wrong size in.


They truly are the best of the best in my experience.
 
I love Argali, good to hear.

I had a pleasantly surprising good customer service from Benchmade about a month ago.
I needed a new kydex sheeth for a knife because my dog chewed it up. (my fault i left it smelling like a duck on the counter). I called just wanting to buy a new one, the guy basically said "no way, we got your back and will send you a new one for free" and then proceeded to ask what kind of dogs I had.
