FILBE on a Duplex Frame?

Does anyone know if a FILBE bag will fit on a DUPLEX frame? As in will the top of the frame slide into the sleeve at the top of the pack?

I have one mounted on an MR NICE. It is on loan to a buddy or I would try it out for you. Nice frame works well.
